Marc Hermann is the Co-Founder and CEO of Everlab, an AI-powered preventative health platform founded in Melbourne, Australia, that combines advanced diagnostics, clinician-led care, and technology to detect and prevent disease earlier.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Technology from the Technical University of Munich and studied Business Administration at the National University of Singapore, before building his career at McKinsey and Company and Lazada Group.

A serial entrepreneur driven by a belief that world-class preventive healthcare should not be reserved for the ultra-wealthy, Marc leverages AI, diagnostics, and behavioral science to make personalized health accessible at scale.

Marc co-founded foodspring, a sports nutrition brand acquired by Mars in 2019, and previously founded Hermann Capital, an early-stage investment vehicle, alongside ventures including Goodminton AG and Amapur.

Everlab has completed 40,000+ consultations supporting 20,000 patients, processed over 21 million biomarker results, and recently raised AU$65M in a Series A led by Airtree Ventures to expand globally.
