Marco Mielenz is Co-Founder and Managing Director at Feldwerke Solar GmbH, a Munich-based CleanTech startup pioneering agri-photovoltaic (agri-PV) systems that combine solar energy generation with active agricultural land use.

Prior to Feldwerke, Marco co-built a company to over 100 employees, gaining deep operational and scaling expertise that he now applies to accelerating Europe's renewable energy transition.

Marco is a recognized expert in agri-PV, having spoken alongside the Fraunhofer Institute for Solar Energy Systems, and champions the vision of agri-PV as a serious infrastructure asset class bridging farming and clean energy.

He leads strategic business development at Feldwerke with a focus on project origination, working with farmers, engineers, and energy experts to develop large-scale dual-use solar infrastructure across Germany.

Feldwerke has installed over 20 MW of agri-PV capacity in just over two years, including the largest agri-PV project in southern Germany, and manages a pipeline of roughly 50 projects totaling more than 400 MW, targeting 1 GW by 2030.
