Mario Baxter is Co-Founder and CTO at Fun (Fun.xyz), an enterprise-grade crypto-fiat payment infrastructure platform redefining how money moves between digital assets and traditional finance.

Mario graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Computer Science, specializing in AI, in just three years, and went on to work as a Machine Learning Engineer at Meta before turning to entrepreneurship.

A former national-level triathlete from Spain with six medals, Mario brings a rare combination of technical depth in AI and blockchain with philosophical grounding in ethics and societal impact.

Prior to Fun, Mario founded Stable Finance, a stablecoin savings platform that was acquired by Aave Labs in October 2025, and has also been a Z Fellow and contributed to business development at StartX.

Fun has raised $72M in Series A funding led by Multicoin Capital and SignalFire, powers over $10B in annual volume for clients like Polymarket, and achieves greater than 99.95% payment success rates across 100+ countries.
