Mark Harkin is the Founder and CEO of Vox Talk AI, a Dublin-based startup deploying multilingual AI operators for the global alarm monitoring and CCTV industry.

Mark studied BSc Hons IT and Multimedia at Liverpool John Moores University and built over 15 years of experience in tech and AI, including senior roles at BETDAQ (Entain) where he served as Head of Marketing.

Mark's passion for large language models began as a hobby before he identified a compelling commercial opportunity in the underserved security monitoring sector, targeting a global market valued at over 70 billion euros.

At BETDAQ, a global sports betting exchange under Entain, Mark led major marketing campaigns and commission-free initiatives before pivoting to build his own AI venture. He also held roles at Seglete and other tech-focused organisations.

Within less than a year of founding, Vox Talk AI secured a 1.35 million euro pre-seed round, became the designated AI voice provider for Sentinel (used by hundreds of global monitoring centres), and counts G4S and Action 24 among its clients, with its platform handling thousands of calls monthly and saving operators over 50 hours per week.
