Martin Copes is Co-Founder and CTO at Perceptic, an AI operating system for biopharma that automates end-to-end drug development for top pharmaceutical companies.

Martin was a key engineer at Palantir Technologies, where he was a core contributor to Palantir's AIP platform, helping deploy production AI into regulated, data-sensitive enterprise environments including the Life Sciences practice.

Martin and his co-founders were tracked by Accel investors while still at Palantir, a testament to the caliber of their technical expertise and the strength of their vision for transforming pharma R&D.

At Perceptic, Martin co-leads a platform that unifies asset scouting, scientific evaluation, and clinical data foundations on a shared AI intelligence layer, serving multiple top-20 pharma companies including CSL.

Perceptic emerged from stealth in May 2026 with a $12M seed round, has grown to around 20 employees, and its clinical data platform has delivered a 50-fold increase in clinical data extractions for customers.
