Martin Peterlin is Co-Founder and Chief Architect at Luxonis, a spatial AI and computer vision platform pioneering embedded machine learning and edge AI hardware for real-world applications.
Martin brought deep expertise in embedded systems and firmware engineering to Luxonis, having previously worked as a Firmware Engineer at Densitron, specializing in embedded systems and LCD display technologies.
Martin architected the DepthAI Gen2 ecosystem and developed firmware for OAK (MyriadX) devices, establishing the technical foundation that powers Luxonis's entire product line.
At Luxonis, Martin leads the engineering architecture teams responsible for next-generation products, covering imaging, Yocto/Linux, hardware/software integration, and platform functionality across a 29-person technical department.
Luxonis has sold over 100,000 OAK devices globally, with its 2020 Kickstarter campaign raising $1.3M from 6,500+ backers in just 20 minutes, breaking category records and validating the edge AI vision platform at scale.
