Maryam Jahed is Co-Founder and CEO at Radley AI, the first AI-native, full-stack radiology practice built to solve a growing crisis in medical imaging and radiologist shortages across the US.

Maryam holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Sociology from the University of Waterloo, and built her career across a series of high-impact healthtech roles before founding Radley.

A serial entrepreneur and product leader, Maryam previously co-founded Airo Health, a YC-backed mental health AI startup that reached six-figure revenue, and led an FDA breakthrough-designated CBT chatbot at Woebot Labs.

As Director of Product at Carbon Health, Maryam helped drive 31x operational growth and expansion to 100+ clinics in just two years, and served as Head of Product at Midday, a menopause health app that exited to a Fortune 100 insurer.

Radley is part of YC S26 and has secured $2.2M in contracts while acquiring a radiology practice to reach $4.3M in annualized revenue, targeting a gap of 246M unread scans projected annually within a decade.
