Marzio Schena is the Co-Founder and CEO of ANote Music, Europe's leading marketplace for investing in music royalties, pioneering the convergence of capital markets and the music industry.

Marzio holds an MSc in Finance from Bocconi University and attended MBA programs at UCLA and INCAE Business School, before serving as a fund manager at Woodpecker Capital specialising in global equities and derivatives.

Named Forbes Under 30 Italy in 2022, Marzio is an award-winning entrepreneur and member of the Global Shapers Luxembourg Hub, a World Economic Forum initiative for change-driving entrepreneurs.

He previously worked as a financial analyst at Amber Capital and an ECM analyst at Kepler Cheuvreux, bringing deep expertise in global equity investing, derivatives, and quantitative strategies.

ANote Music has facilitated over 10 million euros in royalty-related transactions, distributed more than 1 million euros in royalties to investors, and raised approximately 4.9 million USD in total funding.
