Matt Ford is CEO and Co-Founder of Sidekick, a digital wealth management platform democratizing access to investment products traditionally reserved for high-net-worth individuals.

Matt studied History at Durham University and later attended Cambridge, before working in strategy consulting at Deloitte and Capgemini.

Matt previously founded Pariti, a mobile banking platform that scaled to over 100,000 customers before being acquired by Tandem Bank in 2018, and later became Partner at Mouro Capital, a global fintech venture capital fund.

Sidekick has raised over £16 million in total funding, including a recent £7.8 million Series A led by Eos Ventures and Development Bank of Wales, with backing from investors including Octopus Ventures, Seedcamp, and MS&AD Ventures.

Sidekick now supports over £145 million in total assets under management across its customer base and has obtained a unique set of regulatory permissions from the FCA that no other UK provider has been able to combine.
