Matt Wilson is Co-Founder and CEO of Jack & Jill, a London-based AI recruitment company deploying two conversational AI agents to transform how people find jobs and how companies hire talent.

Matt studied Theoretical Physics and earned a Masters in Theoretical and Mathematical Physics at the University of Oxford, later turning down a full MBA scholarship to co-found an enterprise SaaS company, before joining Entrepreneur First to co-found Omnipresent.

Named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in 2019, Matt brings a rare combination of deep technical grounding and serial entrepreneurship to one of the most underoptimised markets in the world.

Matt previously co-founded Omnipresent, a global HR and employer-of-record platform that scaled to a $600 million valuation in under three years before being acquired by Deel, and also served as a Venture Partner at Entrepreneur First.

Jack & Jill has engaged over 350,000 candidates, partnered with 5,000 companies, and arranged 25,000 interviews, raising $60 million in total funding across a $20M seed round and a $40M Series A to fuel global expansion.
