Matthew Gallagher

Matthew Gallagher is the Founder and CEO of MEDVi, a telehealth platform delivering GLP-1 weight-loss treatments through a fully AI-powered, ultra-lean operating model launched in September 2024.
A self-taught coder who grew up in poverty in Los Angeles, Gallagher previously founded Watch Gang in 2016, the world's largest watch subscription service, generating $11M in its first full year before pivoting to telehealth after discovering the power of AI tools.
Gallagher built MEDVi in just two months with only $20,000 and over a dozen AI tools, using platforms like ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney to handle coding, marketing, and customer service with no outside capital raised.
Prior to MEDVi, Gallagher built and operated multiple consumer businesses and completed executive education at Harvard Business School, developing deep expertise in DTC marketing, subscription models, and growth strategy.
MEDVi generated $401M in revenue in its first full year with a 16.2% net profit margin and 250,000 customers, and is on track to hit $1.8B in 2026 sales with just two full-time employees, making it one of the fastest-growing companies in history.
