Factorial Capital closed its $25 million Fund II in December 2025, more than doubling its debut $10 million fund. The firm's portfolio includes Modal (valued over $1 billion), Factory AI, Pika, Causal Labs, and White Circle, with follow-on rounds led by Sequoia, a16z, Lux, and Lightspeed.
Factorial's Fund I produced ten portfolio companies valued at least five times the firm's entry price within two years. The firm pioneered a Citadel-inspired distributed sourcing model that splits 20% carried interest evenly between the GP and technical sourcing partners.
