Matthew O'Connor

Matthew O'Connor is Co-Founder and CEO at AdQuick, the leading out-of-home advertising platform that makes it easy to plan, buy, and measure outdoor advertising campaigns anywhere in the U.S. and globally.
Matthew studied political science at the University of Notre Dame and earned his MBA from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. He was an early employee at Instacart and worked at Amazon as a Senior Program Manager for Amazon Flex before founding AdQuick in 2016.
Matthew founded AdQuick after experiencing the frustration of buying billboard advertising at Instacart, discovering a $40 billion global industry that lacked transparency and modern analytics. He secured $1.1 million in seed funding from Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian's Initialized Capital.
AdQuick raised $6M in Series A funding in 2020, bringing total funding to $9.4M, and was named to the Inc. 5000 list with a 391% three-year revenue growth rate. The company has reduced the OOH purchasing cycle by 90% and partners with over 1,600 media owners.
AdQuick has delivered trillions of OOH ad impressions and placed outdoor media in 136 out of 210 designated market areas across the U.S. The platform serves Fortune 500 companies and provides measurement capabilities that allow organizations to measure OOH on par with digital media.
