Mattia Montepara is the Co-Founder and CEO of Sibill, a Milan-based fintech platform revolutionizing financial and administrative management for Italian SMEs and accountants.

Mattia earned a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from LUISS Business School and built his career across Endeavor, Everli, and MDOTM, gaining deep expertise in product marketing, new business development, and entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Driven by the widespread pain of cash flow mismanagement among small businesses, Mattia co-founded Sibill to bring international startup standards and genuine innovation to the Italian SME market.

Under his leadership, Sibill has raised a total of 18.7 million euros, including a 12 million euro Series A led by Creandum, with participation from Keen Venture Partners and other investors.

Sibill now serves over 2,600 clients across Italy, helping entrepreneurs save an average of 5 hours per week, and has grown to a team of 50+ people with plans to reach 100 employees.
