Matvey Kukuy is CEO and co-founder of Archestra.AI, a London-based open-source platform that acts as a secure middle layer between AI agents and sensitive enterprise data, enabling safe and governed agentic deployments at scale.

Matvey studied Computer-Aided Design at Bauman Moscow State Technical University and built over a decade of experience in developer-facing infrastructure, incident response, and AIOps platforms.

A serial entrepreneur and 500 Startups alumni, Matvey previously co-founded Amixr (acquired by Grafana Labs in 2021) and Keep (acquired by Elastic in 2024), and is the creator of the widely adopted Grafana OnCall open-source project.

As Engineering Director at Grafana Labs post-acquisition, Matvey led the OnCall product before channeling his expertise into founding Archestra, which has raised $13.5M in total funding from 20VC, Concept Ventures, Datadog CEO Olivier Pomel, and others.

Archestra is already in production at four Fortune 500 companies across legal, procurement, and operations, with its open-source core amassing over 3,700 GitHub stars and a catalog of more than 900 evaluated MCP servers.
