Maud undefined

Maud Vinet is Co-Founder and CEO of Quobly, a French quantum computing company pioneering silicon-based quantum processors that leverage proven semiconductor manufacturing processes to make quantum computing scalable and commercially deployable.
Maud earned a PhD in Physics from Universite Grenoble Alpes and spent over 20 years at CEA-Leti starting in 2001, rising to Director of the Quantum Computing Program in 2019 and leading semiconductor R&D collaborations with IBM, STMicroelectronics, and GlobalFoundries.
Maud holds more than 70 patents in nanotechnology and has authored over 300 scientific publications, and was inducted into the French Legion of Honor in 2019 in recognition of her contributions to science and innovation.
In 2022, Maud co-founded Quobly (originally Siquance) as a spin-off from CEA-Leti and CNRS, securing a record European seed round of 19M euros in 2023 and a 115M euro Series A in 2026 led by Bpifrance, STMicroelectronics, and SEALSQ.
Quobly can fabricate over 100,000 qubits on a single wafer and is on track to launch its first commercial silicon quantum computer via the cloud by end of 2026, with a roadmap targeting one million qubits by 2032.
