Max Elster is the Co-Founder and CEO of Minoa, a B2B SaaS value intelligence platform helping enterprise revenue teams automate business cases and scale value selling across every deal.

Max studied at WU Vienna University of Economics and Business, and prior to Minoa served as Chief of Staff and led new product development at Starmind, a Series B AI startup with clients like Roche, PepsiCo, and Bayer.

A second-time founder with over six years in the AI software space, Max also hosted one of Europe's largest startup podcasts from 2016 to 2020, interviewing prominent founders and operators.

Max co-founded Minoa alongside Richard Einhorn after observing firsthand how companies generate enormous customer value yet capture only a fraction of it as revenue, a gap he set out to close with AI-driven GTM tooling.

Minoa has raised $2.7M in Pre-Seed funding led by 468 Capital, backed by notable angels including Front founder Mathilde Collin and Lenny Rachitsky, and serves thousands of AEs, SEs, and CSMs across enterprise sales teams.
