Maximilian Meyer is Co-Founder and COO of Limetax, a Berlin-based AI-powered group of tax and accounting firms on a mission to modernize Germany's fragmented tax advisory sector.

Prior to Limetax, Meyer was part of the founding team at Razor Group, where he rose to SVP Operations and led a division of more than 100 employees, and earlier built his finance career at Lazard and N26.

Meyer brings a rare combination of investment banking discipline, fintech scaling experience, and operational leadership to one of Europe's most underdigitized professional services markets.

At Limetax, Meyer oversees operations as COO, helping consolidate established tax firms under one group while embedding the company's proprietary agentic AI platform, ATLAS, into their day-to-day workflows.

Just eight months after launch, Limetax spans four firms across seven locations, employs around 150 people, and has achieved annualised revenue in the double-digit millions after raising 36 million euros in total funding.
