Maxwell (Emmanuel) Maduka is Co-Founder and CTO at Terra Industries, an African defense technology company designing and manufacturing autonomous security systems to protect critical infrastructure across the continent.

In 2023, Maxwell co-founded TerraHaptix alongside Nathan Nwachuku with a mission to develop affordable bionic solutions for people with disabilities, before pivoting the venture into the defense technology space.

Maxwell champions the principle that African security infrastructure must be built by African engineers, ensuring data sovereignty and locally adapted hardware that foreign competitors cannot match.

As Co-Founder and Chief Engineer, Maxwell led the development of ArtemisOS, Terra's proprietary AI-powered software platform enabling real-time threat detection, autonomous mission planning, and coordinated response across land, air, and maritime environments.

Terra Industries has raised $34M in total funding, secures infrastructure assets valued at approximately $11 billion, and exports autonomous systems to eight African countries and Canada.
