Maxwell Meyer is the Co-Founder of Siam Digital Lending (SiamDL), a regulated AI-powered consumer lending fintech based in Bangkok, Thailand, on a mission to expand financial inclusion across Southeast Asia.

Maxwell left his career at global consultancy McKinsey and Co. to tackle predatory lending in Southeast Asia, previously building masii.com, a pioneering Thai financial comparison platform that made KPMG's Global Fintech100 list.

Maxwell was named to Forbes' 2020 "30 Under 30" list and is fluent in English and Chinese, bringing a rare blend of global finance expertise and deep regional understanding to the Thai market.

At SiamDL, Maxwell co-founded and built a Bank of Thailand-licensed digital lending platform powered by the proprietary AiTHENA agentic AI underwriting system, which analyzes thousands of factors to build customer credit profiles.

SiamDL raised a $7.8M oversubscribed Series A, was recognized as "Startup Banking Initiative of the Year - Thailand" at the Asian Banking and Finance Retail Banking Awards 2025, and has seen customers apply for over $100 million USD in funding since launch.
