Melinda Su-En Lee

Melinda Su-En Lee is Co-Founder and CEO of Parcel Health, a Pittsburgh-based company pioneering sustainable paper-based pharmaceutical packaging to replace the 8 billion plastic pill bottles dispensed in the U.S. annually.
Born and raised in Malaysia, Melinda earned her undergraduate degree in pharmacology at Stony Brook University, completed a research assistant role at Harvard University, and went on to earn her PharmD from the University of Michigan in 2021.
A pharmacist by training and entrepreneur by drive, Melinda combines deep regulatory expertise with a personal mission rooted in witnessing plastic pollution's devastating impact on her homeland, channeling that urgency into disruptive product innovation.
Melinda leads investor relations, fundraising, regulatory affairs, and company growth at Parcel Health, and has secured over $1.5 million in private capital while growing the customer base to 11 health systems and 20+ telemedicine brands in under 18 months.
Parcel Health has achieved fivefold annual sales growth from 2024 to 2025, won the $125,000 BNY UpPrize Social Innovation Challenge grand prize, and earned a U.S. Department of Commerce Export Achievement Certificate for pioneering international sales of its Tully Tube, the world's first paper prescription pill bottle.
