Melvin graduated Valedictorian from the University of Oxford with a triple major in Materials, Economics and Management, and went on to hold private equity roles at Goldman Sachs, Terra Firma, and Samena Capital.

A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Finance and VC, Melvin brings 15 years of global startup and investment experience, including a prior exit via a US$1.6bn NASDAQ IPO.

Before Care GP, Melvin co-founded Avigo and StarLake Group, and embedded himself in healthtech startups to deeply understand the operational pain points facing GP clinics.

Care GP achieved 140% month-on-month usage growth with zero churn across 150+ GP clinics within six months of launch, and is targeting a national rollout to 7,000 GP practices across Australia.
