Michael holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology from University of Galway and previously served as Chief Technical Officer at HRLocker, where he managed development teams and technical architecture.

Michael has extensive experience in building technology platforms, having worked as a Fractional CTO for multiple startups and led technical teams at companies including Kollabro and The City Bin Co.

RugbyConnector has achieved over 7,000 active players, 1,500 coaches, and 600 successful placements, serving the global rugby community with verified recruitment solutions. The platform completed 5 months of beta testing before its soft launch.
