Michael Ma

Michael Ma is Co-Founder of Fire, a Web3 security browser extension that simulates crypto transactions to protect users from malicious smart contracts before they sign.
Michael previously co-founded TalkBin, a YC-backed startup acquired by Google within five months of launch, and later served as a product manager at Google leading the Google My Business mobile product.
Michael holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Yale University, and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list in Venture Capital in 2017.
He is also a Founding Partner at Liquid 2 Ventures, a seed-stage venture fund, and has mentored founders at Binance Labs, bringing deep operator and investor expertise to the Web3 space.
Fire raised $3.5M led by venture studio Atomic and quickly surpassed 50,000 users, with 50% monthly active usage, addressing one of crypto's most critical pain points: transaction transparency and fraud prevention.
