Michael Rossiter

Michael Rossiter is Co-Founder and CEO of Atomic, an AI-native supply chain planning platform building the AI control system for physical goods companies, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
Michael earned a BA in Economics from Dartmouth College, studied at the University of Oxford, and holds an MBA from UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, before going on to lead supply chain and operations roles at Tesla, Lyft, and BCG.
Michael and his co-founders met at Tesla during the high-stakes Model 3 production ramp, where they built a 50-person planning engineering organization that reduced finished-goods inventory from 75 days to 15 days.
After Tesla, Michael managed global business operations and market expansion at Lyft, then became a Principal at DVx Ventures, the venture studio founded by former Tesla President Jon McNeill, where Atomic was incubated.
Atomic has raised $12.5M in a Series A led by Klass Capital and Madrona, already automating 90% of purchasing for DoorDash's DashMart and helping Good Chop cut inventory in half while more than doubling revenue.
