Michelle Wiltse, MSc, is the Founder and CEO of CompanAIn, a patent-pending, AI-powered platform transforming companion animal health by uniting pet owners, veterinarians, and care teams around a shared, longitudinal view of animal wellness.

Michelle holds a Bachelor's in International Business and Economics from Clemson University (Phi Beta Kappa) and a Master's in Global Finance from Bayes Business School, and built her career at Deloitte, McLagan Data and Analytics, and Nielsen specializing in AI, data strategy, and sports analytics.

Recognized by Influential Women, Michelle is a former high-level athlete who leads with empathy and discipline, and is a vocal advocate for women entering AI and entrepreneurship.

Before founding CompanAIn in 2025, Michelle spent years leading complex AI transformation and data consulting initiatives at globally recognized organizations, developing a rare blend of technical depth and human-centered product thinking.

CompanAIn officially launched in February 2026, offering a free early-access program that enables pet owners to build living health timelines for dogs, cats, and horses, bridging the critical gap between veterinary visits and home care.
