Mihai holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Universitatea Dunarea de Jos din Galati and previously held engineering roles at T-Me Studios, AMOMA.com, Wind River Systems, and DataRoom Inc.

As CTO, Mihai architects Veridion's large-scale AI and machine learning infrastructure, leading a team of senior data and ML engineers to solve data acquisition challenges that have never been solved before.

Mihai co-founded Veridion in 2019 alongside Florin Tufan and Sorina Vlasceanu, growing the company from its early Soleadify roots into a VC-backed platform trusted by clients like Experian, S&P Global, Moody's, and Dun and Bradstreet.
