Mihailo Bozic is the Co-Founder and CEO of Migrate Mate, the world's largest immigrant job board connecting international professionals with U.S. employers who actively sponsor work visas.

An Australian-born growth marketing expert, Mihailo relocated to New York in 2023 and previously earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Western Australia.

Drawing from his own firsthand experience navigating three jobs across three different U.S. visas, Mihailo built Migrate Mate to eliminate the opacity and frustration of the immigrant job search.

Prior to Migrate Mate, Mihailo founded Envited, an events platform where he raised $500K from investors and built a top-ranking app in Australia, and also led user growth at theMednet, a physician Q&A platform.

Migrate Mate has grown to over 500,000 verified visa-sponsoring job listings, served more than 30,000 job seekers, earned recognition on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list for Social Impact, and is backed by Redbud VC.
