Mike Capuano is Co-Founder and Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer at Eridu, a pioneering AI networking startup building next-generation high-radix switch systems for AI data centers.

Mike studied at Colgate University and built a distinguished career spanning over 25 years across Motorola, Juniper Networks, Cisco, Infinera, and Pluribus Networks, developing deep expertise in networking, GTM strategy, and product marketing.

At Cisco, Mike led global marketing for the $6B service provider routing, switching and optical portfolio, launching iconic products such as the CRS and ASR routers.

As VP of Global Marketing at Infinera, Mike helped drive revenue from $400M to over $800M, and later served as CMO at Pluribus Networks where revenues grew 50% year over year before the company was acquired by Arista Networks in 2022.

Eridu emerged from stealth in March 2026 with a $200M Series A round led by Socratic Partners, John Doerr, and Matter Venture Partners, bringing total funding to $230M to solve the network bottlenecks throttling AI at scale.
