Mike Desjadon is CEO of Anomaly Insights, the first AI-powered payer intelligence company built to close the knowledge gap that fundamentally disadvantages healthcare providers in the US.
Mike holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Colgate University and spent 12 years as a commercial leader at the Advisory Board Company, later serving as Managing Director and Senior Principal at Optum, a UnitedHealth Group subsidiary.
Mike was named a 2025 Rock Health Top 50 Digital Health Honoree and is a recurring expert voice on CNBC, speaking to Medicare Advantage reform, billing practices, and the future of AI in healthcare payments.
Prior to Anomaly, Mike served as Chief Commercial Officer at OxfordVR, an Optum Ventures-backed digital therapeutics company, helping drive its successful 2022 merger with BehaVR to create the world's largest VR-based digital therapeutics delivery platform.
Under Mike's leadership, Anomaly has raised $34M in total funding, recovered tens of millions in provider revenue, and is deployed across 20+ health systems serving organizations with over $4B in annual net patient revenue.
