Milena served as CTO at Trainline leading a team of over 400 technologists and spent more than a decade at Google as an Engineering Director for Google Play Developer Ecosystem.

Milena has led teams building and scaling consumer platforms used by billions of people worldwide. She brings deep expertise in AI, mobile platforms, and large-scale consumer products with a focus on building empowered tech organizations.

Heywa Labs raised $5 million in seed funding led by Cherry Ventures with participation from Openseed, Pareto, Plug & Play, Ventures Together, and angel investors. The company launched its consumer product on the App Store in the US, UK, and Canada.

With a team of just 10 people, Heywa Labs delivers experiences that users say feel more engaging than products built by tens of thousands of engineers. The platform achieves roughly two seconds to first meaningful interaction and responds in real time as users explore.
