Minseok Bae

Minseok Bae is Co-Founder and CEO of Cheiron, an AI-native operating system built to transform how biopharma teams manage and execute drug development programs.
Minseok studied Computer Science at Stanford University (Class of 2025) and co-founded Cheiron alongside CTO Harshit Gupta and CPO Jason Park, bringing together AI research and life sciences expertise.
Minseok recognized that drug development suffers from fragmented information across spreadsheets, papers, and filings, and set out to give teams a single, structured view of every evidence point, assumption, risk, and decision shaping a program.
Under his leadership, Cheiron raised an $8M seed round led by Menlo Ventures, attracting strategic backing from Moderna co-founder Robert Langer, former Pfizer CMO Freda Lewis-Hall, and former Apple AI chief John Giannandrea.
In less than six months since launch, Cheiron has been adopted by tens of thousands of biopharma professionals and deployed by major drug developers including Boryung, one of South Korea's top five pharmaceutical companies.
