Miroslav Marek is Co-Founder and CSO at Edmund AI, a Czech-based B2B SaaS platform deploying specialized industrial AI agents to help manufacturers diagnose and resolve production line failures faster.

Miroslav studied engineering technology and design of manufacturing systems at VSB - Technical University of Ostrava, and built over 18 years of managerial experience across manufacturing, process improvement, and top management roles.

With 14 years as a trainer and facilitator and 9 years as a consultant and coach for company owners, Miroslav brings rare depth in lean processes, strategy deployment, and industrial operations to Edmund's founding team.

Prior to Edmund, Miroslav co-founded EDIMA solutions and EDUFICO s.r.o., and contributed to IdeaHub at the Moravian-Silesian Innovation Centre, connecting startups, academia, and industry in the Industry 4.0 space.

Edmund has raised over 3M EUR in total funding, reduced diagnostic time by up to 90%, and cut average repair times by 26% at Amcor Flexibles, saving approximately 440 man-hours annually per factory.
