Moa Rydell is Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Green Hub East Africa Ltd, a pioneering Ugandan e-mobility company driving sustainable transport and gender inclusion across Kampala.
Moa holds a Master of Science in International/Global Studies from Lunds universitet and built a career spanning international development, gender advocacy, and organizational strategy across Sweden and East Africa.
With deep expertise in gender mainstreaming, SRHR, and Women, Peace and Security agendas, Moa brings a rare blend of social impact and strategic business acumen to the e-mobility sector.
Prior to co-founding Green Hub East Africa, Moa served as Program Officer at Läkarmissionen (LM International), led gender and SRHR programming at Sida for sub-Saharan Africa, and spearheaded organizational development at the Swedish Agency for Regional and Economic Growth during the Covid-19 crisis response.
Green Hub East Africa is a founding member of the Uganda Electric Mobility Association, operates Africa's only 100% female electric motorcycle fleet, and secured funding through the Danida Green Business Partnerships program in collaboration with KJAER GROUP and Nexus Green Ltd.
