Mohamed El Abbouri is Co-Founder and CEO of Signit, Saudi Arabia's AI-first platform for digital signatures, contract management, and document intelligence, licensed by the Digital Government Authority.

Mohamed holds dual Master's degrees from Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University) and ESADE Business School, and built his career across Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, and Misk Foundation before launching Signit in 2021.

With over two decades of experience advising governments and private sector institutions across Europe and the Gulf, Mohamed brings a rare combination of strategy consulting depth and on-the-ground Saudi market expertise.

Signit raised a $15M Series A led by Raed Ventures, with participation from STV, Seedra Ventures, Takamol Ventures, and Suhail Ventures, positioning the company as the leading digital trust platform in the Kingdom.

Signit serves over 700 organizations across government, financial services, healthcare, and enterprise sectors, and has grown from approximately 400 customers since receiving its comprehensive DGA Trust Service Provider licence in December 2024.
