Monil Jayeshkumar Khatri is the Co-Founder of Milo Drive, a Gurugram-based asset-light EV mobility platform building the operating infrastructure for India's electric ride-hailing and urban transportation ecosystem.

Monil holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat, and gained industry experience at BluSmart, Invest India, and AgSage Foundation before co-founding Milo Drive in 2024.

Monil believes that drivers and operators should never be constrained by a single app or income channel, driving his mission to build a more open, efficient, and dignified mobility ecosystem for India's gig workforce.

At Milo Drive, he co-leads the development of a specialized Fleet OS that aggregates multi-channel ride demand across corporate travel, airport transfers, and ride-hailing, while partnering with OEMs like Citroen India to deploy 500 EVs into the platform.

Milo Drive has facilitated over one million rides, operates 300-plus vehicles across Indian cities, raised $2.4M in seed funding led by Caret Capital and Antler, and has helped improve driver incomes by 20 percent through AI-driven fleet automation.
