Mugdhaa P. is Co-Founder of Agent FM (YC S26), a desktop app that gives engineers one unified group chat to hear and steer their AI coding agents across Claude Code and Codex sessions.

Mugdhaa led AI developer productivity at Snowflake, where she built model harnesses, evals, developer tooling, and orchestration systems that helped engineers adopt AI and move faster.

Having experienced first-hand the chaos of managing multiple agent sessions, Mugdhaa co-founded Agent FM to solve the real-time visibility and control gap that engineers face when running fleets of coding agents.

Mugdhaa and co-founder Aniket Deshpande, who have known each other for over 10 years, left their respective roles at Snowflake and Meta to build Agent FM, which was accepted into Y Combinator's Summer 2026 batch.

Agent FM has expanded from a macOS-only launch to full Windows 10 and 11 support, offering engineers live audio updates, real-time agent observability, token usage dashboards, and voice-to-text prompting to run agents up to 4x faster.
