Nadia Ladak

Nadia Ladak is Co-Founder and CEO of Marlow, a women's health startup revolutionizing period care with the first-ever lubricated tampon for smoother and more comfortable insertion. Marlow's online community, The TMI Club, offers reproductive health education and has gained over 100 million views on TikTok.
Nadia graduated from Ivey Business School at Western University in 2020 and worked as a management consultant at KPMG before launching Marlow full-time. She started Marlow as a capstone project during her final year at Ivey.
Nadia was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 in Healthcare for two consecutive years (2023 and 2024) and appeared on Season 18 of CBC's Dragon's Den. She is a public speaker with the Canadian Youth Speakers Bureau and has delivered over 100 keynote presentations globally.
Nadia has raised $2.5 million in venture capital and won $700,000 from grants and pitch competitions, including $70,000 from the Entrepreneurship World Cup. She is a member of the G20 Young Entrepreneur Alliance and serves as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Ivey Business School.
Marlow's products are made with 100% organic cotton and sustainable materials, and the company aims to be the modern Canadian period care brand. Nadia co-chairs the Catalyst Council at Holland Bloorview Children's Hospital and mentors high school students through Junior Achievement.
