Nam Hai Ngo, known as Honza, is Co-Founder and CPO at Blockbrain, an AI-powered knowledge management platform that helps enterprises digitize and automate expertise. He co-founded the company with Antonius Gress and Mattias Protzmann in 2022.

Honza is a WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management alumnus and formerly worked at Antler as a visiting associate, where he helped build out their Central Europe operations. He won the Marketing simulation competition at WHU for over 200 first year students.

Honza manages operations at Blockbrain and brings a strong VC background with excellent HR networks in Southeast Asia. He is described as having sharp intellect, strong people skills, attention to detail, and great energy.

Blockbrain raised 17.5 million euros in Series A funding led by Alstin Capital and 13books Capital in February 2026, bringing total funding to 23 million euros. The company quintupled revenue in 2025 and serves major clients including Roland Berger, Bosch, Karcher, and CHG Meridian.

Blockbrain's platform is ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, and EU AI Act ready, helping companies preserve critical knowledge and counteract skilled worker shortages. The company initially started in crypto before pivoting to enterprise AI knowledge management.
