Namit earned a Master's degree from Imperial College London and began his career as a Programmer Analyst at Goldman Sachs before being drawn fully into the startup world.

Prior to Shape, Namit spent over five years at Meta as Product Design Lead, helping scale Facebook Workplace from zero to 7 million paid users and leading Messenger Video Collaboration.
