Nanda Guntupalli

Nanda Guntupalli is Co-Founder of Taiga (YC P26), an AI-native full-stack medical billing service for independent doctor's offices, automating everything from coding and claim submission to denial management.
Nanda is a Computer Science student at the University of Pennsylvania and previously conducted published research on nanoimprint lithography presented at the IEEE MIT Undergraduate Research Technology Conference.
Growing up with a parent who ran their own medical practice, Nanda experienced firsthand how broken and stressful the billing process was for independent physicians, driving him to build a solution.
Taiga is backed by Y Combinator (P26 batch) and was co-founded alongside childhood friend Adam Wax, with the platform integrating directly into major EHRs including Epic, Athena, and eClinicalWorks.
Taiga handles end-to-end billing across all major payers including Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE, fighting every single denial to resolution and helping practices recover revenue that would otherwise be lost.
