Nat Gibbs

Nat Gibbs is the Co-Founder and CEO of UrgentIQ, an AI-native electronic medical record (EMR) platform purpose-built for urgent care centers, redefining how urgent care operators manage clinical, financial, and operational workflows.
Nat graduated Cum Laude with a BA in History and Psychology from Dartmouth College, where he managed and owned two student-run companies, before gaining healthcare investment experience as an Associate at Silversmith Capital Partners and interning at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Global Healthcare Group.
Nat identified a critical gap in healthcare software: legacy EMRs were built for hospitals and primary care, not the fast-paced, high-throughput demands of urgent care, where providers have minutes to make decisions and every visit must move seamlessly from care to payment.
Under Nat's leadership, UrgentIQ secured a $15M Series A growth investment from Five Elms Capital to accelerate its AI-powered platform, including native billing, automated revenue cycle management, AI-powered diagnosis and coding, and live insurance verification.
UrgentIQ has earned a 9.7 out of 10 average customer satisfaction rating and is trusted by independent operators and multi-site urgent care groups across the U.S., with the platform driving significant improvements in patient throughput times through agentic AI automation.
