Neel Sharma

Neel Sharma is Co-Founder and CEO at Sentrial, a Y Combinator W26 backed AI monitoring platform that detects when AI agents loop, hallucinate, or frustrate users in production.
Neel studied Computer Science at UC Berkeley and worked on agentic optimization at Sense, where he saw firsthand that traditional evaluation frameworks break down once agents hit production.
Neel recognized the critical gap in AI monitoring infrastructure and built Sentrial to provide real-time semantic detection of agent failures, helping engineering teams diagnose root causes and fix issues fast.
Sentrial was founded in 2025 and accepted into Y Combinator's Winter 2026 batch, providing monitoring, evaluation, and debugging infrastructure that traditional tools were not built for.
Sentrial enables AI teams to iterate based on production reality rather than just offline evaluations, detecting critical issues like infinite loops, hallucinations, and tool misuse that traditional monitoring misses.
