Neha Mittal

Neha Mittal is the CEO and Co-Founder of JustAI, a Y Combinator-backed agentic marketing platform that helps enterprises automate personalization, experimentation, and AI-powered campaign decisioning at scale.
Neha earned her Master's from UC Berkeley's School of Information and built her engineering foundations at Goldman Sachs before heading Product Growth at both Twitter and Pinterest, where she managed Notifications, Internationalization, and Paid Marketing teams.
At Twitter, Neha discovered that a single copy tweak on a push notification drove 800K additional users, sparking her conviction that AI-driven personalization was a massive untapped opportunity. She also co-founded CityStructure and served as Founding Engineer at Sensorflow, and held product roles at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative.
JustAI, formerly known as Just Words, launched in early 2024 as part of YC W24, raised a $1.7M seed round from Peak XV and Y Combinator, and has since closed a $17M Series A led by Base10 Partners with participation from Y Combinator and Peak XV Partners.
JustAI achieved 5X ARR growth and influenced over $100 million in customer revenue in its first year, serving enterprise clients including Coursera, Thumbtack, and Tumblr across consumer, D2C, e-commerce, and B2B markets.
