Neil Larkins is Co-Founder and COO at Outerlimit, the world's first decentralized security and authorization layer built specifically to secure autonomous agentic AI for enterprise deployments.

Neil holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Manchester and spent a decade in Sales Director and Product Manager roles at Reflex Magnetics, Pointsec Mobile Technologies, and Check Point Software Technologies before co-founding his first company.

A regular speaker at information security and technology events, Neil brings nearly two decades of deep expertise in cybersecurity infrastructure, with a proven track record of scaling security platforms that enterprises genuinely rely on.

Neil co-founded Egress Software Technologies in 2007, where as COO he helped grow the company into a market-leading cloud email security platform serving some of the world's largest enterprises, culminating in a successful acquisition by KnowBe4, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, in 2024.

At Outerlimit, Neil leads operations, engineering, and security delivery, helping build what is reported to be one of the largest pre-seed funding rounds in cybersecurity history at $16M, backed by AlbionVC, Evolution Equity Partners, and Crane Venture Partners.
