Nick Fleisher is Co-Founder and CEO of Sandstone, an AI-native Legal Relationship Management platform purpose-built to sync in-house legal teams with business stakeholders.

An engineer by training, Nick graduated from The Wharton School at Penn in 2022 and went on to lead the legal tech and AI strategy practice at McKinsey and Company in New York, reaching Engagement Manager in just 18 months.

Nick identified that in-house legal teams were chronically underserved by software, relying on fragmented tools, scattered institutional knowledge, and manual workflows that slowed down the business.

He co-founded Sandstone in September 2025 alongside attorney-engineer Jarryd Strydom and Penn roommate Liam Germain, securing a $10M seed round led by Sequoia Capital, followed by a $30M Series A led by Lightspeed Venture Partners.

In just 90 days post-launch, Sandstone grew revenue over 40x and onboarded enterprise customers including Wayfair, Grindr, Mercury, MasterClass, and Cox Media, establishing itself as the infrastructure layer for AI-native legal departments.
