Nick Nikolaiev is Co-Founder and COO at Tactiq, an AI-powered meeting transcription and productivity platform trusted by over 1 million users across global organizations including Salesforce, Netflix, and Roche.

Nick earned his first master's degree in Ukraine at 19, built a decade of Business Improvement and Strategy experience across Europe and the US, and completed his MBA at AGSM at UNSW Business School in 2016.

Nick champions the lean startup methodology, leveraging existing infrastructure to minimize development risk, and advocates for launching before you feel ready as the key to startup success.

As COO, Nick oversees operations, finance, hiring, and growth strategy at Tactiq, and previously co-founded TaskPace AI, an AI management assistant for Salesforce users, before launching Tactiq through the Antler accelerator program in Sydney.

Tactiq has raised $7.3M in Series A funding, processes over 2 million meetings monthly across 10,000+ global organizations, and grew 20x year-on-year in its early years, generating $1.6M in revenue by 2024.
