Nick Puljic is the Co-Founder and CTO of Hanover Park, an AI-native fund administrator revolutionizing private equity and venture capital operations from New York City.

Nick earned a BS in Computer Science from Columbia University and built his engineering career at Amazon and Oscar Health before co-founding Stock Unlock, a Y Combinator-backed financial education platform.

A YC alum with deep expertise in AI, enterprise software, and healthcare technology, Nick brings a rare combination of full-stack engineering and product leadership to the fintech space.

Prior to Hanover Park, Nick served as Co-Founder and CTO of Stock Unlock (YC W22), a platform offering AI-generated stock analysis and portfolio tracking, and held software engineering roles at Amazon and Oscar Health.

Under Nick's technical leadership, Hanover Park grew from $1B to $15B in assets under administration in under 12 months and recently raised a $27M Series A led by Emergence Capital.
