Nick Warner is Co-Founder and CEO of Neo Security, an agentic software control company building a real-time security layer to help enterprises govern and secure AI agents and AI-enabled applications.

Nick spent over two decades in cybersecurity leadership, serving as President and COO of SentinelOne, and holding senior roles at Cylance, McAfee, and Forcepoint.

Nick designed and built SentinelOne's entire go-to-market organization from the ground up, scaling it into a multi-billion dollar public company, and has served on the boards of Cado Security and Halcyon.

As COO of SentinelOne, Nick led the company through its historic $10B NYSE IPO in 2021, growing revenue from $1M to over $500M ARR in under six years; at Cylance, he propelled the company from pre-product to over $200M in sales.

Neo emerged from stealth in July 2026 with $100M in combined seed and Series A funding backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Craft Ventures, and Merlin Ventures, targeting the rapidly growing enterprise AI security market.
