Nikhil Aggarwal is the CEO and Co-Founder of Corridor, an AI-native benefits brokerage on a mission to give small businesses access to the same quality health coverage as large enterprises.

Prior to Corridor, Nikhil led growth at ICHRA platform Venteur, where he built over 250 brokerage partnerships, and served as a partner at early-stage venture firm Cold Start alongside co-founder Jason Dong.

Nikhil is a licensed benefits broker who believes that health insurance is just as complex and consequential for a 60-person company as it is for a 6,000-person one, and that small businesses deserve better than the leftovers of the health insurance market.

At Cold Start, Nikhil and Jason Dong identified a larger opportunity when Jackson Wagner and Eric Qian pitched a clinical AI idea, leading the four to join forces and launch Corridor together in 2026.

Corridor launched with a $25M seed round led by Bain Capital Ventures, serves businesses with 1 to 500 employees, and clients are already cutting health benefits spending by an average of 20% without sacrificing quality.
